Return & Exchange Policy

At the Store:

Customers are kindly requested to inspect the product carefully before completing payment. SPOILED does not accept exchanges for in-store purchases.

Online & E-commerce Platforms:

Within 2 days from the date of receipt (based on shipping information), SPOILED supports exchanges only for manufacturing defects such as:

    • Loose stitching

    • Broken handles or zippers

    • Faulty clasps or buckles

    • Peeling or damaged faux leather

    • Detached studs or hardware

For Glossy Leather Products:

Minor crease marks or light scratch-like textures (“cat-scratch effect”) on glossy leather surfaces are considered normal. Exchanges are only accepted if the surface is punctured or severely damaged.

Customers are entitled to one-time exchange only, with items of equal or higher value.

Exchange Conditions:

    • Product must be unused and in original condition

    • No dents, scratches, or damage

    • All original accessories must be included

Exchange Procedure:

    • In-store: Bring the item to any SPOILED store. We’ll inspect the item and proceed with the exchange if it meets the conditions.

    • For online orders/out-of-town customers:

      1. Contact us via Facebook (SPOILED) or Instagram (spoiled___official) to initiate an exchange request.

      2. Send us photos/videos of the product.

      3. Repack the product carefully in its original packaging to ensure safe return shipping.

Shipping Fees:

SPOILED will cover round-trip shipping costs only in the following cases:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Manufacturer defects (scratches, dents, deformations, etc.)

For other exchange cases, customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

Covered under warranty:

    • Glue, stitching, and seams

    • Zippers, zipper heads, and magnetic snaps

Not covered:

    • Leather or fabric materials

Warranty Procedure:

    1. Contact us via Facebook (SPOILED) or Instagram (spoiled___official) to request a warranty service.

    2. Send photos/videos of the issue.

    3. Ship the item to:

    4. Processing time: 7–14 days. SPOILED will contact you once the repair is complete.

Product Care Instructions

To maintain the shape and longevity of your SPOILED products, do not machine wash any items (except for canvas bags, which can be gently hand-washed).
