How to Place an Order

Orders are processed as follows:

    1. Browse for your desired product.

    2. Add it to your shopping cart.

    3. Log in with your registered ID or proceed as a guest.

    4. Fill out the order form.

    5. Make your payment.

    6. Complete your order and receive a confirmation number.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Fundiin (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Shipping

Please note: Some items may take additional time to process and ship.

Important: Your order will only be shipped once your payment has been approved. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.

For domestic orders in Vietnam:

    • Delivery takes 1–5 business days (for in-stock items).

    • Some items may require more time.

Returns & Exchanges

Requirements:
We accept returns or exchanges (same product line & different color only) under the following conditions. Refunds will be issued after the returned item passes our inspection.

    1. You may cancel an order if:

    • You submit a return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still marked “Pending.” (If it’s marked “Packing for delivery,” please contact customer service.)

    • Your order is delayed more than 10 days after payment and you have received no delay notice.

    • The item is out of stock.

    1. We accept returns for issues caused by our shop:

    • You received the wrong item.

    • You received a defective product.

Return Instructions:

    1. Submit a return request in our Returns Forum within 2 days of receiving your product. Please attach product photos and include the product code, order number, and reason for return.

    2. A customer service representative will contact you via email.

    3. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags and packaging. Please include your order number, name, and user ID.

Important: Returns are accepted ONLY if you follow the instructions above and your request is approved by our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Even defective/wrong items must be returned with all original tags and packaging, unworn.
Include all original contents and free gifts (if any) in your return package.
Return shipping for defective/wrong items will be covered or reimbursed.

    1. Returns will NOT be accepted if:

    • You changed your mind (about size, color, etc.)

    • You are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories

    • The product was damaged due to improper handling

    • Your return request was not approved by our staff

    1. The following are NOT considered defects:

    • Items manufactured without tags

    • Wrinkles from shipping

    • Minor imperfections due to mass production

    1. Missing items in your order:

    • Contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery.

    • Retain all original packaging (box, plastic wrap, etc.) until further notice.

We may not be able to process a refund for missing items if the packaging is lost or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process once your returned/canceled order is confirmed.

Note: Your refund may not appear until your next credit card billing cycle, depending on your card issuer.

Repairs

SPOILED does not offer repair services for products that were not purchased directly from official SPOILED channels or that do not match our order records.

However, we can support repair services in Vietnam. If you are currently in Vietnam, please contact our customer service team via email. We may ask you to provide photos and your order number for verification.

Reward Points

You will receive reward points equivalent to 1% of your total order value, credited to your account 20 days after delivery (to allow time for returns/exchanges). During this time, you may spend any available points.

Point Expiry:

    • Pending points will be canceled if the order is canceled or returned.

    • Your points will be deleted if you close your account.

    • Points will expire after 3 years if no new points are earned.
